I want to complain. The truck was horrible. I should have returned it back and go another one. Or used another company. Truck had no power and stayed in high RPM. It keep reviving engine and took long time to come down off high rpm Never again to use UHAUL Drop off Location never came out to check dents Before I pulled off lot. Had to bring in my own clip board and had to do my own vehicle inspections. Which she never gave me a copy of the report. So upset

They double charged my card. Once before 0930 and again when I returned the equipment less than 4 hours later when I brought the equipment back from a three day rental at apx 1300. I was also charged a MASSIVE full day rental compared to the daily rate I was quoted - three times higher, to be exact. I am currently disputing this with Navy Federal CU since it is unfair and I did not authorize those costs. I will still be more than happy to pay the overage on the miles, because I owe that. I don't owe a full day rental at $69

Nothing. Everything was great

The customer service there leaves a lot to be desired. The interaction with the leasing agents was practically nonexistent. There were not enough agents there to handle the traffic, and it was impossible to call the office. Each agent just said "Hold please" as soon as anyone called. That occurred to me twice, and I was left on hold forever. It also happened to every caller who called while I was waiting in line. I can't imagine how much business your company is losing as a result of this.

Actually provide the code to the lock box for the customer mobile check in

Have Danny greet everyone returning their equipment - he was the most personable employee I’ve interacted with anywhere in a long time. I’d come back just for him. Also, considering all of the construction in the area, it still felt easy getting in and out. Advice/request: All of the orange comes and tape on the road make the entrances difficult to discern from blocked off roadside - could you make the entrances easier to locate for customers less familiar with the area? I know this part of town, so I was ready, but it would be really easy to think the entrances are blocked and then have to navigate all the way back through the construction areas. Staff was great, which matters most. Thanks!

Employees were great, they made the whole experience very satisfying!

The only downside was, I had great difficulty navigating within the website, when I returned the truck late. It kept freezing at the first question, regarding my present location. The staff handled the situation great, the following morning. Ty so much.

Ana and the rest of the staff are terrific. I’ve rented from here several times and have never been disappointed. I will be very glad when the road work out front is done but that is the City’s problem not the store’s.

Check engine light was on. Also $1 per mile is way to much to charge for a base $19.95 van. I was shocked with a $83 bill for one days use and will not be coming back.

With all the construction everywhere it wasn’t the easiest to get to but the people were helpful and nice.

Change the process for after hours drop off. Why have your customer go through all the prompts to return the vehicle, when a UHaul employee will have to go back through all the prompts again...

Despite construction making it a little trickier than normal to spot entrances, staff was helpful and full of information.

super nice employees, both Mr, Quintna when I picked It up and Daniel when I dropped it off and the lady I spoke to in the location. I was expecting the rental expericen to be a hassle, but it was super easy and pleasant.

The original van that I had reserved had a bad tire causing the low air pressure warning light to come on. The customer service rep was able to determine the cause (slight damage to tire) and switched my vehicles to a nicer newer van within minutes. The staff there really hustle to get the job done and keep their customers happy. Great work fellas!

The construction on Capital Blvd. in front of this site makes it a little offputting and confusing to enter the lot.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you.

Rental process is not fast, if the employees are helping a customer the wait time is way to much,
