When comparing rental options it did not look like there would be an additional per mileage charge associated with this rental and there was. Also I only drove 20 miles and bought 4 gallons of gas and was still charged for gas. I think i'll just stick with other companies in future.

Place was sketchy, no one helped me, only one person spoke English. The dude told me to “just drop the keys off†and when I returned the u haul on the app I wasn't able to provide some pictures cause I was gone and the car was locked. Poor process and foul place, U-Haul really needs to stop making every run down gas station/auto repair shop a u haul place.

JORGE A.Make the key location more visible (a sign would be helpful) and put some concrete or pavers around the pole so customers don't have to stand in the weeds. I would have never seen the pole without the help of the shop worker. They said the office would be open but when I got there I talk to the mgr over the phone he was nice but told me he took the day off. Called U-Haul support then followed the app instruction. The U-Haul app is really slow might try to find a way to speed up the picture uploading. The windows were covered with bugs. The inside cab had mud on both sides floor and there was some trash inside the middle console. The floor in the storage area was swept but really dirty. I mopped it when I finished.
