The movers I booked through the uhaul website were late. Therefore, I was four hours late in returning the truck. I was charged another 73.00 for being late. I'd really appreciate if if I could get that money refunded. That seems excessive considering the circumstances. My name is Jeff and my return date was July 6th in Ramona, CA.

bruce dit was a waste of $150.00 something was wrong with the roll-up door it would only open about 16 inches so i brought it back the next day and no one was there. so i didn't get anything done and it cost me $150. not real happy.........
