Gas was almost on "E" The portal to make reservation is difficult - why not have some "live" to speak to make reservation?" Took a couple phone calls to get approval. I have already rented from UHUAL. Should have had all my information from previous rental June 2025 - National organization. I will need to rent again. I pray it will be much easier.
David CThe gas tank was empty but the contract stated a different level. So I was billed for gas I did not use. I wish you had a ay to verify fuel level at the time of pick up.

Aristóteles AThe person helping me was very helpful and friendly. He called his supervisor and allowed me to drop off the U-haul at this location. He seemed like a nice guy. I might recommend making it more clear that this is a U-haul drop off place, perhaps with signs that are easy to see. This was more like a market (food mart) and I was dropping off my truck at night, so I wasn't really sure I was in the right place.
