Didn't really explain well on Interest. It my first time renting uhaul. And I feel like I got Rip off. It would be nice I got some of my money back .
Eddie CI had to drive it into a storage yard and unload it myself. I paid money to rent it I paid money for a service why should I have to unload it and park it myself. On top of the two hours I sat on the side of the road due to a faulty tire. Not a tire that I somehow damaged by running over something in the road. The tire that had not been changed or maintained since 2020. It was missing two to three inches of tread down the center of the tire. And steel cables blew out.
CAROL CI was pleased with the personal attention given to me at this location. Trying to reserve a truck through the app was less than satisfying. I was able to pick up the truck after reaching a real person by phone.
