I was very disappointed with my experience renting from U-Haul. I live in Corpus Christi, yet I was required to drive an hour and a half to Raymondville just to pick up my rental. On the day of my move, I stopped by the U-Haul location on Weber Road in Corpus Christi to pick up moving boxes and saw two U-Haul trucks sitting there, which made the long drive even more frustrating. To make matters worse, after I returned the truck, I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. This was especially frustrating because the truck was not clean when I picked it up. The cup holders were dirty and sticky, and there were bottles of water left inside the cab. It doesn’t seem fair to charge me a cleaning fee when the vehicle was not provided in clean condition. Overall, this experience was inconvenient and disappointing. I would appreciate a review of the cleaning fee and an explanation of why I had to travel so far to pick up a truck when there appeared to be available vehicles in Corpus Christi.

I was looking for a trailer for just a couple of hours use. I wanted half a day plan which you don't offer and was looking for a Veterans discount which you also don't offer. Please for the future offer Half Day Plan, and Veterans a discount.
