It took almost an hour to get checked in and was checked in only because i had to go down the road and message uhaul and they called me.I couldn't complete my return was so frustrated not to mention tired from the move. I just dropped it off and left. Will not ever rent from there again!Also paid for rental and estimated miles in advance and was charged another 200.00 which included a $25.00 rental tax that uhaul has never charged me before. It cost me 300.00 to move ten miles down the road!Thats crazy!!!
