Robert did a great job handling the double booked issue.

I feel that the Clarksburg store should have drive the hour to get my truck since they couldn't provide it .... Robert at the Reader location was exceptional.. but that location didn't have pads, so had to go to Clarksburg location to get those ... would have also been nice to have started with a full gas tank. But, despite all this, I appreciate the accommodations made to me and the discounts .., everyone I dealt with was understanding and accommodating

I did not schedule my original pickup at this site. the original site did not get the truck I needed for the space I had to put it. so I had to drive 55 miles one way to get the truck I scheduled. extremely poor way to do business. then the drop off site tried to charge for using too many miles. I will not use U-Haul again.
