Christopher H.Was told to drop off at 185 Temple Cir Sistersville WV this location it a bank not a U-Haul location. Then was told to take to another location 299 Virginia St New Martinsville WV is no longer in business. They wouldn't allow me to return at this location. Then I called back to Tonya where I picked up the rental, she was a really big help trying to get me a location to drop off the equipment on Saturday March 4, 2023.
SUSIERAYLENE G.They are very friendly and honest with everything. At least they fought with the lying place to get all of our $100 deposit back. Never ever any other place made us ever pay a deposit ever. At least this place is honest. Just wondering how many other people have been ripped off by the other place where we picked it up at.
