When I went to pick up the truck I had to wait numerous times while the sales lady waited on other customers. In the end she put the wrong drop off location in and I was charged for wrong drop-off. I was also charged for an additional 141 miles for a 130 mile trip. When my brother in law tried to talk with them about this they merely told him there was nothing they could do. This location is a blight on UHaul's reputation. The Attendant did not answer 5 separate attempts to reach the location by phone to confirm drop off hours. "I've been busy" she told the customer on arrival. Her husband (a non-employee) had to be called into service to check in the truck. The customer requested that the owner please call the next morning to discuss the blanket overcharge. No call was received.David W.
I was charged $20 for not using the Uhaul app but I tried to use it and the app did not work. Fix the dam app if you are going to charge people if they don't use it. I have an android phone and used Chrome. The app sent me back to the home page after selecting continue. Never got to scan the QR code. I was told I would not be charged but I was. I selected SafeMove that was $14 but was charged $28. I was overcharged by $48. Not planing to use Uhaul next time.BARRY Z.
Eliminate that store from handling your equipment. Counter person had no idea what to do. I was there for 2 HOURS trying to get this vehicle that I reserved weeks in advance (which was in the parking lot). The main issue was that the person had no idea on how to use the system nor what can or cannot be done etc. Basically no knowledge, and admitted it. All the while the owner was playing some gambling game they have there. They are a VERY POOR representative of your company!Chris D.

Horrible location. Service was horrible it's a convenience store. They made me â€œsignâ€ my contracts on a personal cellphone while it was getting calls and had to redo the entire process twice. We did online check in did everything and went to pull away and we got yelled out bc our truck was supposed to be dropped off in the morning.
