This location doesn’t open on Sunday's yet customer service wasn’t aware when they switched my reservation to this one. The owner Mario still accommodated us which I appreciate. Now, I kept the truck a little longer than anticipated and parked it on the lot of the 1647 N 5th st location. I chose that location because where I was moving to is a narrow, one-way street and I didn’t want anything happening to the truck. Well the employees at that location took the battery out, reported the truck abandoned, and to add insult to injury, they said someone was SLEEPING in the truck because they saw a mattress. The truck had a mattress and about 15 plastic storage bins, and maybe 20 contractor bags. Why would a mattress with no one on it, make you ASSume it’s a homeless shelter? The rude employee and phone agent said I had to empty the truck on their lot-that they would not reopen the reservation. My mother had to call and get actual human beings with functioning brain cells on the line to help us. I believe one lady on the phone was Shawna/Shawnda. She said I had to empty the contents of the truck then and there. Their behavior was distasteful. Horrible representation of uhaul.

KAREN KI wasted $116 because when I went to go pick up my items from the ministry without everything loaded in door wouldn’t shut I wasted my time my money and the people that were there helping me
LYNNETTE DThe owner said I couldn’t have my vehicle till the time I rented it and made me agree to return it an hour earlier than I rented it online. He said “someone else rented it” online too. I return it 15 minutes before my rental was SUPPOSED to expire, but it was 45 minutes late according to the time the owner changed my agreement to, so I was charged another $60.
