JOSEPH PMy issue is with uhaul the company. My original pickup location was only a mile from my house but then it gets rebooted for a different location that was 7 miles in the opposite direction of where I was going with the truck. Since you have to pay for the miles this was an extra 14 miles that I had to pay for just to use the usual truck. Then they wanted me to pick it up a day early because the location where we picked up wanted to start work later in the day. Then didn't tell us anything about drop off, so when we did no one was there and wasn't aware of the drop box for the key. Not the greatest experience and from what I've heard from others who recently have used uhual their experience was the same so will never use this company again. Not that it probably makes a difference to you.
Stephanie TThis is the second time I paid for a hand truck and it wasn’t included with the truck. Consider adhering to the order when a customer adds additional items to the order. In addition, this time, it appeared that the owner of the location was not aware that I was scheduled to pick up the truck.
