Why do I do the online check in, take pictures of my license and then go inside to get the keys and have them do the exact same thing. It’s one or the other, not both.

It all went very well, didn’t see anything that needed improvement
Patrick SI booked at a different U Haul location for an 8 am pickup, and then U Haul switched me to this location for an 830 am pickup. The changed location was not convenient for me. I don't recommend locations to a friend, but since you sre forcing me to choose to submitcthis review, the answer is no, but the no is about U Haul. Don't let me book at the 1st location in the first place, and then switch me.

Their hours didn’t support my needs so I was booked at Riverside. The person there was arrogant and unprofessional. Not someone I would want behind the name of my company!
