Work on improving the online service. Due to an error on UHaul side it took me over an hour to rent the truck. Due a system error the system thought I completed the online process, but got stuck to the key code section.

The location was great and the staff were very nice. However the uhaul site let us book a truck that was already out and the person that had it before left the keys in the Dropbox instead of the truck so we ended up having to go back when the business opened.
