I moved from Maple Creek to Kindersley using a 15ft truck which was in good shape ,had no problems with equipment and drop off in Kerrobert at white buffalo was easy and smooth great fast friendly staff at Redcliff and Kerrobert highly recommend these locations .

When I picked up my truck and got home, I opened the trunk and it smelled very strongly of cows, and there were traces from cows such as (manure). I had to clean it myself just to somehow reduce the smell, because the next day I needed to move my belongings. But no matter what I did, nothing helped to get rid of that smell! Now all my things smell like cows! It was a horrible, terrible experience.
Vladyslav BThis location is located out of the city and the person working stated the bathroom was out of service, although she used it and refused to let us - when there was no other bathroom nearby. Additionally, I booked a 10 ft uhaul. All that was available was a 20 ft. As I was moving my son back for university I had a huge truck to navigate with barely anything in it. I did get it for the same price, however fuel was definitely more expensive, not to mention I had no choice but to drive a truck I was not that comfortable with. I suggest you don't take reservations if you do not have the requested vehicle available.

RON WDrop off location was closed at my return. There was no one available to assist me in dropping off the vehicle or to listen to my concerns. Upon travelling to the open return location that was a few blocks away, they informed me that I would be charged a fee for dropping it at the place not designated in my contract.
