Trucks parked in inappropriate places, location does have any U-Haul signs, the truck has very serious issue, during refueling, gasoline leaks from underneath, which poses a serious danger, needs to be fixed immediately.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI am extremely disappointed with my experience with U-Haul. I feel the pricing was very misleading and unfair. I picked up the truck at around 5:30 PM and returned it at approximately 8:00 PM. I only used the truck for a short time to move one bed and one dresser. Before renting, I was expecting the cost to be reasonable, especially since I was using the truck for less than a few hours. When I arrived, the representative took my credit card and we discussed that I would be using the truck for approximately two hours. However, the final charge was much higher than I expected. I was shocked by the amount I was charged compared with the short amount of time and limited use of the truck. I feel that the total cost and additional charges were not clearly explained to me before I agreed to the rental. Customers should be given a clear breakdown of all expected charges before their card is charged. This experience has left me feeling that I was overcharged. I would like U-Haul to review my rental agreement and provide a detailed explanation of every charge, including any fees that were added. I hope U-Haul takes this complaint seriously and works toward a fair resolution.

terry sI was promised at $50 guaranteed rental rebate because they had to switch my pickup to a location further away and that’s the only reason I agreed to paying more for the mileage. I have not seen this rebate payment yet??
Katherine MUhaul, allows drivers to present their foreign licenses to rent a truck as long as they provide the international license, passport and secondary piece of ID, but during this experience which would be my second time renting a truck I was not allowed to rent the truck with my Ecuadorian passport. Which delayed the rent of the truck by almost 20 minutes.
