SARAH CThere were two employees during our check in process. One was a younger man and the other was an older man. The older man was very passive aggressive and rude, but would always follow up with a quick “thank you” to avoid escalation. He was very unhelpful and made it very awkward for me. The younger man tried to help when the older man just stared at me without giving me further directions or instructions. I will never return to this location again. I felt very disrespected and I am not one to get offended easily.
