The person who called to give me the address of the location did not mention that the location was at a furniture stote. The text I received did not mention that the Uhaul office was in a furniture store. The address of the location was not posted on the building, and there was no signage for Uhaul. I drove around the lot looking for the Uhaul office. I went into the furniture store and found out the Uhaul office was in the store. The person behind the desk pointed out that the name of the furniture store was posted on all sides of the store in large letters. I pointed out that I was only given an address, which is nowhere to be found on the building including signage that the store is a Uhaul location. She did note that there is a drop box for keys on the door, and I pointed that the box cannot be seen until you're entering the building. No apologies. What a nightmare!
