Building was closed over the long weekend. No drop off box available for keys. Called uhaul 1800 number and they very helpful. Had to leave keys in the cab of the truck. No safe or secure for such a big company. In our point of view if they can't provide a drop off box, they shouldn't be allowed to be a drop off point for U-Haul.
Diane CThe employee was very slow and did not seem to know how to check out a vehicle - they had to call someone for help and made me speak to that person. Additionally, they were the only employee in the store and had to stop assisting me every time another customer came in. It took around 45 minutes for pickup - when it should have taken five.
