It would be nice if the parking lot where the truck was parked had better lighting.

Michael MDidn’t talk to anyone. Just completed the rental through the app and dropped the key.
Brian BWe reserved a 10’ truck with 12 blankets and a furniture dolly to be picked up at 1 PM. They gave us a 15’ truck empty. They changed the time to 4 PM. I called & had it changed back to 1 PM. But there were no blankets or dolly. I went into the store & had to wait an hour for someone to show up to give us blankets. There was no dolly. But I was still charged for it.
