Forced to download the app, the UHaul staff was not present, had to recheck in and submit photos and docs even thought I did that when I made the reservation. Wasted 20 minutes to self serve and had to use a lock box to get the keys. The staff at the furniture store were nice but they were very loosely affiliated with the UHaul person. The address link in the confirmation email was wrong and that wasted additional time finding the location. Over rented from plenty of UHaul locations and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend renting from this proprietor. Also did not reserve the hand truck but it was dumped in the back of the truck. I best not be charged for it.

The rental agent, Michael, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Michael went out of his way to search and find me a local land field in the area. He offered a number of trucks to choose from with different options. He offered options on purchasing U-Haul's insurance and encouraged me to purchase a full coverage plan, which I did. Upon return of the truck, he was there to help receive the truck and emailed a receipt for the paid ticket. U-Haul should be proud to have such a great, dependable, and courteous employee on their team. Thank you, Michael, S.

James MDon’t have the U-Haul representative work for the company in store while supposedly working for you. He really didn’t care to do U-Haul work and kept myself and another customer waiting for 45 minutes while he worked for another company. He was rude and truly didn’t want to help. The rental part was good
