The Uhaul App was atrocious. It messed up over and over again and was incredibly frustrating to deal with. I will not be using uhaul any time soon due to how frustrating the interface was
Frederick PTell renters you need to use the APP on line to return by taking g pictures and providing detailed information including g odometer, gas gauge, and interior pictures of the truck. I was told to just place the key in the Dropbox. Good thing I read the sign that instructed me to use the online check in prior to dropping keys in the Dropbox
Tammy ENo one was there during regular business hours so just dropped key. Had to call to confirm I dropped so not to be charged extra. I don’t think I would use u-haul again after this experience.
