This experience was terrible from start to finish. No instructions were given regarding how to pick-up for the vehicle. After reserving the truck, I was told I would receive a phone call the next day with instructions. I didn't. The store was closed on my pick-up day and I had no instructions. Then I found out that I had to use the app. This would have been helpful to know in advance. None of the rules were explained at all. I will not be using U-Haul ever again.
