When I got to the truck I noticed the right front window opened and under a tree when I opened the left door I noticed alot of ashes from cigarettes and tree debris and spiders in the truck I turned on the truck to warm it up and turned the ac on and I got a real bad smell of weed coming threw the vents

Was Charged 200$ for dropping off the truck at an actual uhaul facility located only a few miles away from where it was picked up; in the same town. Never using uhaul again what a joke!

Vernon GI always have a great experience at this location.
Larry TThe internet showed that there were boxes for sale. However, when I arrived I was informed that this location doesn’t sell supplies. Please update your website accordingly. The employee was very helpful and friendly. He made the process easy as he presented as kind and relaxed - not stressed out - which is great for the customer as moving can be stressful.
