The app wasn’t working when I called he texted back with telling me some guy joe would call me and that guy just texted call the 1800 #. I asked for customer picked up and that was not the case

This used to be my fave location. Learned the owners retired, now its a fenced off lot and everything is over a crappy app that kept crashing on me and kicking me out of my pick up, then the rusted lock box to get the key that took 25mins and a phone call. The walk thru the mud to get my own dolly from down some dark hall in some building. Bc when I reserved it they didnt put it in my truck. Then walk the dolly thru mud and snow to the truck. Open the truck to find half a barn worth of dort mud straw and hay. Lucky me. Returned my 24hour reso in 5 hours and paid full price. Because there is no human to talk to just technology. I will never use u haul again.
