Check engine light was on (yellow) of truck. Was known by store staff. Was told it was "likely nothing", but to call u hauls 1-800 number if it brokedown. Not sure why I was not offered another truck - there was another there. That said, store staff was very friendly and great customer service otherwise

KEVIN RI have been a customer of U-haul for at least 30 plus years. This location & equipment is clean & very well kept & maintained. The employee who served me (First name starts with an F) was very friendly, well spoken, knowledgeable & helpful. I have some disabilities. This staff member went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to get my mission accomplished safely. I am both very thankful & impressed.
