We had to rent a small truck shortly after my mother-in-law had died and the owners at this location went above and beyond to make the process easy. When I was having difficulty with the online booking they stayed late at the location so that I could complete the necessary paperwork and pick the truck up. This kindness during a very stressful time when we had a lot of work to accomplish in a short time was very, very much appreciated! Thank you.

geoff rThis was the worst experience of my life. I needed to clean out a deceased family members place. I went with uhaul online. Booked a $19.99 van for a few hours. I ended up costing $75 an hour for total of over $331. Plus my movers expense. Thank you U-Haul for making a tough situation even tougher.
