The system was down making the experience very frustrating and way too slow. The service person tried her best and was pleasant. However she didn’t seem to really know what she was doing despite the systems issues. You need a backup way of doing rentals if your has issues and you lr staff needs to be trained properly.
JAMES TWe had to rent a small truck shortly after my mother-in-law had died and the owners at this location went above and beyond to make the process easy. When I was having difficulty with the online booking they stayed late at the location so that I could complete the necessary paperwork and pick the truck up. This kindness during a very stressful time when we had a lot of work to accomplish in a short time was very, very much appreciated! Thank you.
