The app was not very good!! It kept failing and taking a very long time to load. The chat was not very good either, it did not notify me when there was a new message!!
geoff rThis was the worst experience of my life. I needed to clean out a deceased family members place. I went with uhaul online. Booked a $19.99 van for a few hours. I ended up costing $75 an hour for total of over $331. Plus my movers expense. Thank you U-Haul for making a tough situation even tougher.
