Unfortunately, i feel as if I was "bait and switched". When I called to make this reservation, I told the employee that I needed a rental for 45 days. They suggested I rent a trailer which comes with 14 days. Then told me it would be an additional $20 a day for the remaining 31 days. After the rental was completed, I was charged 20$ a day for the rental and an extra 11$ each day day on top. I was charged 50% more then what I was told when making the reservation. When I called to rectify this situation, I was told there is nothing that can be done. Feeling like you have been robbed from Uhaul is a terrible feeling. I can and will not recommend U haul to anyone, if this is how they treat their customer's.

Brian bThe whole process by U-Haul was not too good. I was quoted a certain price over the phone and in an email, but when we got there to pickup the truck they told me a different price. It took a little while, but the manager which was talking to the associate over the phone gave me the same price, but I was there for roughly and hour and a half to 2 hours, much longer than I needed or wanted to be.
