How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe equipment I had reserved was not returned on time, so I was forced to rent a pricier truck. There wasn't another 9' van within a feasible distance, so I ended up having to spend double what was budgeted. It would be better if these kinds of circumstances are anticipated so they can be avoided. Tampa Market is a great location though; 5 stars.
JOSHUA BSuper friendly and excellent service .
Hooman PThe truck had a cracked windshield, no window washer fluid on pickup and the rear door broke during our rental, which required us to call and wait for roadside assistance in 105 degree weather. The location was not helpful at all when I called - overall very disappointed and will be escalating this to Uhaul.
Wyatt SThe clerk needs to be more knowledgeable about the return process. I was ready to leave after giving her the keys when I realized I needed to take pics of the equipment to complete the return.
