The staff was great. The original trailer we were to rent had damages. We had to chgange to a smaller trailer. This took a very long time. The delays seemed to be caused by the uhual system and the staff worked as fast as they could. My main issue was with the original trailer having damages making it unsafe to use. Uhaul needs to ensure thier trailers are road safe. This was no fault of the location, it has more to do with coperate attitude and decsions.
