Rented a cargo van and the floor of the cargo space had soil and gravel dirt - it definitely needed to be vacuumed before being rented out. The young man in the morning handled the paperwork quite efficiently, but when he brought out the rental dolly, he didn’t have the service courtesy to load it into the van.



My u-haul truck was full of gas, clean, and ready to go....check ion and out was real quick and overall I had a terrific experience!






We were very pleased with our UHaul experience in the 9' newer Ford van. The van was super comfortable and modern and was big enough for the project at hand.

I received a phone call from an employee at this location saying we had stolen the van and that if we did not return it asap that they were going to call the police. We had extended the rental by a day over the phone and was told that it was fine as long as we returned it by 12pm the next day. This man was extremely unprofessional. For the amount we were charged it was not worth being accused of stealing a van.

Went to return the vehicle and the two gentlemen that worked there were cleaning their car outside. They watched me walk up to the building to return the key for the truck and they decided to keep cleaning their car. I had to walk back out and ask them for help.

The truck itself was good and clean and rental was easy but the boxes are marked up more than 100% in price. A small U-Haul box cost was $2.99 there and similarly for other sized boxes. They don't accept returns of unused boxes like U-Haul does everywhere else either.

I was delayed for an hour because I couldn't close the ramp due to improper installation of the bumpers underneath. This cause me to pay labor for an hour because I was late to meet movers at second location. I want a refund for the extreme inconvenience.

The transmission needs repair; the vehicle was sufficient for my 30 mile R/T need but it would be dangerous to drive a long distance without the service station repairing the transmission.

I got into the truck and the light for the tire's air pressure went off immediately and when I brought it up to the employee he's reaction was "oh yea, I know. I'll make sure it's taken care of later." No apology or anything.

Rep tried to pass off a truck with three safety issues. I made several return visits to the counter as I discovered each issue resulting in denials of it being a problem. When I pulled the truck around to their service station’s air pump, I was able to prove to them that one of the tires was at half of the required pressure despite their assurances that the tire was ok. Calling them out on this lie finally caused them to find a truck without safety issues

I went with my father to pick up the uhaul and we were absolutely appalled to find behind the counter a swastika hanging on the wall. As Jews we were horrified to see such a hate crime hanging on the wall. If we were not in a bind and did not need to move today, I would not have given an anti-Semitic business my money.

For whatever reason, the system was having problems, and it took 30 minutes to get my van. At this point out movers had already arrived, and we missed some time. Then when I returned the vehicle I was told I owed $189 for 140 miles. I told him I was allowed 200 miles in my contract. He did a few things, on the computer, and I no longer owed that money, but I was an hour late so I owed $44 dollars now. I had been told I had it all day. I called customer services after and was immediately after. Terrible experience all around.

This past Saturday morning I rented a 15 foot truck from your U-haul Reston Mobil to move some furniture. When I got to the gas station that morning the U-haul server was down. This created a 45 minute delay for me while trying to pick up the truck which I had reserved online the night before with my ID and credit card number. I was first helped by a young man with a beard and when he couldn't figure things out then Frank stepped in to help me. After Frank couldn't figure things out he called U-haul and was told to process my transaction manually. That advice was not initially followed as Frank continued to try and register me online to no-avail. After another 15-20 minutes went by then the Manger Bobby Kapoor stepped in to try and make this work on line without success, he then turned this back over to Frank who kept trying to register me through the system and eventually Frank turned this back over to the first guy to process this manually. Frank is a really nice guy but we wasted a lot of time that morning which delayed my job and in turn my return of the U-haul truck to your shop. While I was not late returning the truck it made for a longer day for me. After I was manually processed I came out to the truck and inspected the truck only to find out that I had been given the keys to a different truck/the wrong truck if you will so we had to do a second inspection in the rain on the correct truck. The truck I ended up with was an old truck with 126,000+ miles on it! I took very good care of the truck, filled it back up with gas and even swept it out upon my return that evening around 6:20 PM. At this point I realized that my car gone, it had been towed. In calling the police department I learned that the Manager had my call towed. From this point forward it took an an additional 1 1/2 hours to get my car back and get back home as I had to wait for someone to pick me up, drive over to when my vehicle had been towed and then wait for them to open up to release my car. I was then charged $160.00 by the tow company. I think it goes to say that I am very disappointed. I want to be clear at this point because at no time was I ever told by the bearded young man, Frank, Bobby or anyone else that I was not allowed to leave my vehicle on the property while I rented a U-haul truck from their business for a few hours. No one ever asked me if I was planning on leaving my vehicle while I rented this truck for a few hours. There was no mention whatsoever that I was not allowed to park my vehicle on your property. In addition there were no "No parking" signs in the location where I parked my vehicle AND they had my cell phone so they could have just called me if this was a problem for them. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Who would tow their customer's car when they rented a u-haul from you? I'll never go back and neither should you.
