I tried to reserve for 6pm pickup. I got notified that the location closed at 5pm so I had to take leave from work to get there early. When I arrived I learned that the U-Haul pickup was entirely self service. I didn’t configure anything for self service and didn’t have the app so I had to stand in a parking lot and figure that all out.

Dana MYou mobile app failed that morning and myself and 4 other customers were unable to pick up their rental because you have no fail safe in place for when Technology fails. The owner of the facility did his best to correct this. I would rate them as excellent.
