I was first told that this was not a drop off location. Then instead of explaining how to do check out they proceeded to tell me we are charging you which I agreed I have not folded the paddings and it was understandable the charge. However I was not clear that they were doing the checkout themselves and I proceeded to do online checkout . They started saying to me that I was cheating and without any reason or explanation. Then they proceeded to tell me to leave the premisses immediately. It was not till later I realized that they had completed the checkout and I did not need to do it myself. NEEDLESS to say a company telling a customer to leave premises without any explanation WOW! I will never do business with you like EVER and I own two separate businesses myself. What a joke of establishment this is. I will make sure that all my Business associates knows not to rent or do business with this establishment. Then I get a call from a district manager or Director telling me that he was refunding the $75 charge. I DO NOT NEED the $75 dollars you might need that more please keep it. Just make sure that they know customers do not need to be treated this way.

UHaul, if I could give you negative stars for this experience I would. We had a terrible experience both with the location and your services in general. We signed up for the “quick start” process so that we could reduce the time it took to finish the contract and take our truck home for a big move that we needed to go quickly. That process was abysmal. It easily took three times as long as signing the contract with someone in person. The webpage kept asking for the driver’s photo and then registering an error when we submitted it. They would not accept a driver whose name wasn’t on the contract (as I had set up and paid for the rental while my husband would be driving). We even opened a chat to get a customer service representative to help us finish the process. 20 minutes later the person on the other end of the chat finally told us to just go inside and speak to someone in person. Even then our situation did not get resolved. The person in the station gave us a key without finishing the contract and told us to “just take the truck”, while nobody on the mobile chat was responding to our messages. 20 minutes after that, while we were home and in the middle of our move, we got a call from UHaul telling us to go back online and finish the contract online. We went back through the process, *from scratch* yet again, and ran into the same errors. Finally someone called us to tell us they’d gone ahead and finished the contract for us, at which point we were more than an hour into our move. Later, after returning the truck and receiving the bill, we found this person on the phone had mistakenly signed us up for the insurance costs that we did not need. When we went into the station to complain in person, we were told the manager needed to start his lunch break and we should call him back later. Two calls since, and we still have not received any help in getting our money returned. We absolutely feel cheated both in time and in cost. I would not recommend UHaul or that location again- and in fact will be telling people to stay away. Hiring movers and paying the added cost would have been more worthwhile to us than this headache of dealing with UHau and getting overchargedl. I would highly recommend UHaul get the “quick start” process kinks reworked and that UHaul work more with customer service representatives to help them take care of these matters in a more respectful and timely manner.

The inside of the van had some small bits of leaves and some gravel, and the cargo area as well. Not enough to be offputting, but the previous users clearly hadn't done too good a job of cleaning the inside. Otherwise, a great experience.

Initially reserved truck with 27/7, what a HORRIBLE experience. I tried to go through the process and it either hung or no one was responding. I sent several messages while waiting for verification and did not receive a response. Then when I went to my email and back to the 24/7 page it had reset and asked for a picture of me and my driver's license a second time. You need a lot more development, this app is not ready for prime time yet. Then the poor guys at the rental place were unable to help me out because the reservation was stuck in the 24/7 system. Had to call in to toll free number and get them to transfer the reservation. Will NEVER do the 24/7 system again, EVER!

I was told the cargo van gas tank was full when I picked it up. I drove a total of five miles as shown on the receipt. Filling the gas tank back to full took over four gallons of gas. More than four gallons for five miles? When returning, a clerk told me the cargo van "has a big V8". So either the cargo van was not full on pickup and someone lied to me, or that cargo van has a gas tank leak.
