I hate online check in. App wouldn't work properly

Dana MYou mobile app failed that morning and myself and 4 other customers were unable to pick up their rental because you have no fail safe in place for when Technology fails. The owner of the facility did his best to correct this. I would rate them as excellent.
Michael CI ordered a roller and some cloth blankets, neither of which was included when I picked up my truck. Doing the self check in was a disaster. There were 6 people at my pickup location because none of us could get the text verification code. We all had to get on the customer service line to process. It was a disaster.
