The truck was not cleaned before pick up. The back had a microwave in it. There was a baby bottle stuck in the seat. I had to fill the truck up myself. I’m not sure if there is a time limit with these U-Hauls but the guy let me have it as long as I needed it that day. Thanks!
Breona BEquipment wasn’t clean and truck needed alignment
Brandyn BA lot of confusion when we returned the truck. Attendant asked us to take a picture of the gas tank & mileage & then said the picture wasn't what he wanted. Also the inside of the truck was dirty & sticky. The back of the truck was dirty and full of dirt. I will not rent from here again
Kathleen FThe truck was filthy. Broken plaster was all in the bed of the truck. The car inside was not clean. Uhaul needs to hold its affiliates to a better standard. I have pictures too that I will be posting on the internet.
