Older lady checked me in to complete the one way rental. There was no one there to unhitch and move the trailer. Had a very difficult time doing this myself as tongue weight wasn't exactly light and had trouble getting it off the ball. Wrenched my back pretty good and still in pain days later. It wasn't clear in my opinion that it would be my responsibility to unhitch and park the trailer. I guess if you drop off at a location with uhaul storage, there will be someone there to help with this process.
