I ordered 2 dozen furniture pads, and got home to find they were not in my U-Haul. I had to go all the way back to get these the next day and was given two bags. I assumed this had 12 in each as I ordered two dozen. As I packed up my items I ran out at 12. Missing one dozen furniture pads that I paid for. I'll be expecting a refund of that expense, but doubt I will hear back. Not to mention customer service never reminds you of key details such a filling the tank back to beginning level so you can up charge the gas price to an absurd level. I was also called by multiple people telling me different information each time.Michael P.

Get an employee who shows up to work on time. Isn't Hung Over and/or obviously on drugs. Understands Customer Service. Doesn't threaten to cancel a reservation because it's â€œToo hardâ€ to figure out. Don't start with one customer and then try to start helping others because your transaction and reservation is all messed up as a result of U-Haul's poor internet service. Wear Deodorant!!Justin G.

I set up my appointment for 9 am to pick up equipment and the place was closed. The staff didn't arrived until 9:35 am. U-Haul used to be a great company now they just average in my opinion. I don't think I would use them again. I am very disappointed on the service I received I have used U-Haul for many moves, but this definitely left me not wanting to come back. I had a timeline to meet because I had movers coming in and they just messed up my whole moving experience.Julie R.

The location was fine the ladies that I dealt with were fine. The truck was a little dirty I noticed during the inspection the lady offered to clean it, but I was already delayed. I am however severely disappointed in U-Haul on foothill in Fontana. I made a reservation for 10/30/18 and pick up at 8am. They called on 10/30/18 at 7:15am (morning of pickup) to inform me that my reservation there was canceled and that I would now have to go to the Rialto location and pickup at 9. So the movers I hired to help stood around for an hour. Apparently I received a credit, but I haven't seen it and maybe it was out of there control (I don't know why), but I expected better customer service from U-Haul than canceling my reservation 45minutes before pickup!Matthew P.
