The truck smells very bad like really bad and when I did my drop off they they gave me a very hard time and kept reporting the truck was not dropped off Even, even though it was dropped off and they kept calling me telling me they were going to call the cops, even though the truck was there the whole time I would not recommend this site because they do not communicate well and they do not know what’s going on. I picked up and dropped off in same location and the location across the street. Was the one reporting the truck not there. It made absolutely no sense and was very stressful. Had to open a case to prove that I dropped off the truck took a lot of time I do not recommend.

Fanny PI was scammed at this location. I was overcharged with some bogus expensive after the drop off. I fillied up the tank before drop off at pickup level, but still I was charged for the fuel. Crazy thing is that I was charged for 6 gallons of fuel even when my overall usage was only 12 miles. How is it possible to use 6 gallons of fuel for just 12 miles? Also I was charged for 2 days of rental even when I dropped off the truck at the same day.
