The person that helped me out was very friendly and courteous. He helped me get the contract signed and told me about the drop off time and location as well as showed me where to find phone numbers to contact U-Haul if I had a problem. He then hooked up the trailer to my truck, checked the lights and made sure that I was good to go before I left.
