Customer service was horrible! When I went in to return an item the guy at the counter said he would check it in and then weeks later they claimed I still had the item and tried to charge my credit card for fees that I didn't acquire

Customer service, engagement, and professional communication needs to improve for this location. Would not recommend. All in charge acted if we were bothering them, asked for multiple forms of ID when it was not requested anywhere else, stated inventory was not available when it actually was, and was not supportive when I had questions about check in/check out process. Again would not recommend. Customer service and patience is the back bone of a great business and I did not receive either.
