The store was great but U-Haul was not. I have a reservation scheduled for over 2 weeks at this location and when I went to pick up the truck, U-Haul moved myreservation to another city over 30 miles away with no notification. Thankfully they had a van that was available. U-Haul should not be changing reservations without notifying people. I would not have been able to pick up the truck where they transferred it to. Very disappointed
EUGENIA RI would recommend for location and ease of pick up and drop off. convenient location, easy pick up, nice people working.. However when I went to take pictures of the truck and leave a homeless person about scared me to death was in the back of the truck. the truck (back inside) had trash and smelled horrible.
