The truck was very old and not properly maintained. The shocks and struts were completely gone making it dangerous to drive on the highway. The truck was a safety hazard and needs to be retired.
Adam VI was charged for fuel although I replaced the fuel above the level where I received it..
George LU-Haul was very dirty and had roaches. That we did not notice until we unloaded. Some of our things had roaches in them and will likely have to deal with them. Would not be returning to this location.
Santeria HI cannot recommend this location. I reserved a 26' truck online, but when I arrived, I was told none were available and was redirected to Savannah. I was then offered a 20' truck with a faulty ignition, and finally a 15' truck—the smallest size. Despite all of this, I was still charged the full price for a 26' truck with no adjustment. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
