The truck’s air conditioner stopped blowing about halfway through the job. It did finally start blowing again but it took several minutes and miles. The online check in to get the code for the key box did not work. The worker did come in early just to get the truck ready to rent but ended up having to rent the truck by hand.

David MThis was the first time for me to use this location. The personnel was very friendly and courteous. The truck and car tow was hooked up and ready for me. I was not ready to load the car onto the tow at that time, so I asked him how to do it, in case I had to do it by myself. He was very thorough in explaining to me how to do it. I appreciated his instructions. Later, I actually went to a different location and the personnel secured my car onto the tow.
