Based off of this interaction I will never use Uhual again period. Communication was poor. We were over charged. No one talked to us about the bill before charging us.
Katelyn FI cleaned the interior. Dashboard, cup holders, steering wheel, Door panels and handles Seats floor board.
HOLLY LThe rental itself was fine, but I did have an issue. I rented a dolly to load my heavy items on the truck since I would be moving primarily by myself and they rented me a truck with no ramp. So I wasted money on a dolly, plus I had to lift heavy dressers, a deep freezer, a mini fridge and a few other large items by myself into the truck. This made my move exponentially slower. When I requested the dolly at my reservation they should have either informed me that the truck had no ramp or gave me a different truck with the ramp since obviously would need one to use the dolly.
