Stop relying on computers. I made reservation, your system crashed and it was pain in ass to get a truck. Then was billed for extra miles because she could not see what was allowed, when previous week rented truck took exact same route and did not get charged extra for mileage

Let charges (bills) be right.
Gerald NThe truck was at the location prior to my scheduled time but I had to wait about 15 minutes for the truck to be reviewed by a U-Haul representative who was running late. Otherwise, the truck ran well and I could tell it was well maintained for a vehicle that had just over 100K miles. The price was very competitive and I would recommend using U-Haul in the future, which is my plan.
John GNobody was there when I returned the truck but everything was clearly marked!
CHESTER BBased off of this interaction I will never use Uhual again period. Communication was poor. We were over charged. No one talked to us about the bill before charging us.
