MELANIE EThis location was a car wash. The lady working the register was extremely rude. I asked her for help with my reservation and she quickly snapped at me and said the lady’s not here and no one could help me. I had to ask for the manager and I had to wait for someone to help me. The U-Haul was dirty. The floor was muddy. When I returned the U-Haul the same lady seen me walk through the door and just pointed for me to go and talk to another person.
