Adrian TDon't send a boy to do a man's job. The owner sent his young teenage boy to connect the trailer. We had some trouble connecting the safety chain to the F150. After a few attempts (by both of us), he made a comment to the effect that I did not need to connect the chains. I almost canceled my rental at that moment. After a few more attempts we properly connected the trailer. When I returned the trailer (approx. 4 pm), I called the owner as instructed and he informed me to leave the trailer where I picked it up. No one came to assist in removing the trailer. It was my responsibility to disconnect it from the truck. I would not use this location in the future.
