Quantrel MTrailer tie down straps were very difficult to get undone, previous customer had tied a knot in the strap and reeled it back in the metal coil, it took over an hour to get strap freed and untied. Dealer should’ve fixed this issue prior to renting it out to me. I will not be coming back to this UHaul dealer again!!!!
