The manager at this location, Pratish, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Based on my experience, I would not rent from or recommend this location to anyone. Due to the layout of the parking lot and the heavy rain earlier that day, there were very few suitable places to return the trailer. Instead of helping find a reasonable solution, the manager raised his voice, stating “That’s not my problem” threatened to refuse the return in the system, and said he would charge my card. A situation that could have been handled professionally was made unnecessarily stressful because of his attitude and lack of customer service.

I was told by kamel his boss called after watching the video & stated I didn’t pay for the water. I will not be returning to this location for a U-Haul!
