Busy location but all went well and fast.
RONOLD GThis location puts people in danger as it’s in a rough area, the attendants were behind bullet proof glass and there was little engagement or signage. The only communication other than a grunt was is it full, and gimme the keys. Terrible experience and if I was in charge I would shut this drop off location down immediately. Way too much liability for U-Haul! Seriously, go visit that location to see for yourself!
DANIEL HI have never been more afraid to get out of my truck in 41 years. The cashier let me stand while he sold cigarettes and lottery tickets. I had to back in the tightest spot ever, there were drug users and dealers everywhere asking me for cash. Most of all I asked how Uhaul would know I dropped the trailer, in broken English he told me not to worry about it. Very poor location in worst part of town
