I didn't choose safe way and I still got charged $30. I also didn't get my deposit back for what was taken out of my account. I would like for those to be refunded.

Rajansingh P.There were some scratches and dents on the truck but no note of them before picking it up. I was able to describe them and take pictures, though. The app at drop-off was a little finicky, but overall, I liked the process.
MARTHADENISE M C.This place is a rip off!! I rented the 10' truck and drove it 7 miles and they charged me $228. They charged me for things they never gave me (Furniture Pads and a Dolley). I have a claim in on them as we speak. It's sad to see how disingenuous people can be when the evidence is on the receipt! I do not recommend this Uhaul to anyone! They need to be put out of business!
