I didn't like the fact that I was standing right there at the customer service and why I was trying to get one unit somebody was online getting the same unit and I end up losing it and I was right there at the desk

Don’t wait to call and see where the truck is when I’m standing there in front of you. Check on the truck when it was supposed to be in.
