Had to wait 15 minutes to see an agent because there was only 1 agent and she was handling a disgruntled customer. When I returned the truck after 45 minutes (was given a 2 hour window) the agent was happy because they had someone that needed a truck but they had no more trucks. Then agent said my fuel level was out of the range and tried to charge me $8.00 fueling fee. I had driven 8 miles and gas was at $2.03/gallon. I protested and your agent finally relented and took the fee off. What is it with you trying to squeeze a customer out of every dime. Second time in a row I have had poor experience with your company. Might need to try another company.

The 26' truck was not cleaned from the accumulation of snow and the movers spent at least a total of 40 -45 minutes digging the truck out of icy corners to maneuver to the storage unit. That was time that I had to pay.

The staff at this location are top notch. Went to rent truck and waiting to meet movers, I forgot my phone, movers went to wrong location. Total disaster in the making. The young woman working that afternoon let me use her personal cell a few times to get the move back on track. Helpful and sympathetic and kept me from a meltdown. Thank you for going above and beyond!

the back of van could have been sweeped and van was a little dirty outside. However, i understand turnaround times and prices could be affected if you cleaned and washed after every use. so i give you a 10?because service is quick and polite

Tried to use uhaul.com to turn the vehicle back in but my phone didn't have enough memory to upload the requested photo of the odometer and fuel gauge. I wish I could have just left the key and had it checked back in the old way so I wouldn't have had to get up early the next morning to go back and finish up the return. The old way was better for me in this instance.

rented a car dolly. One of the locking brackets was broken so I had to tie it up during transport on side of road. Also due to one of the brakes lights not working we (your staff and I) switched with another dolly. At drop off point the staff member told me i returned the wrong dolly. Need help sorting out so I dont get charged additional.

The lady who rented the truck never acknowledged me while she was on the phone with someone whenever I went into the office, as a courtesy she could've said I'll be right with you, but instead she gave me a look like I was disturbing her and continued her 20 minute call. Also the truck I was given had a huge crack in the window, which she never walked me out to the truck to look it over with her and then I call to tell her that I noticed while I was driving had a huge crack in the windshield she asked if I had done it. I told her that I did not and then she proceeded to ask how big was the crack and I told her it was about 3-4 inches, she said they usually don't fix the windshield unless it is over 5 inches, which sounds ridiculous to me considering windshield cracks spread considering I drove about 500 miles I didn't want a rock to hit it and spread more, but she was sure to let me know that I could keep it or bring it back totally up to me. I chose to get another one In the end my u-haul replaced by another one.

When we went to pick up our truck that we had reserved online, the size truck we wanted was not available. Instead we were going to be charged for a larger truck. After much discussion with the employee working the front desk, we explained that since we were not made aware that the truck size we wanted was not available, we were not willing to pay for the more expensive truck and were finally offered the price that we were originally quoted. When we got there for our 8 AM reservation, we were also told that our reservation was not until 2:30 (despite having a confirmation email that the time was at 8 AM).

I had ordered 48 furniture pads. Only about 20 were provided. A Little disappointing. Given I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance, there was plenty of time to stage the additional pads. Not a show stopper, but can be improved.

The location had none of the accessories I selected when I paid online. I had to purchase furniture pads and go to another location to rent a dolly. Inventory management is easy in 2018 and this shouldn't be a problem. On the other hand, the staff member there was awesome. He was polite and friendly and got us on our way quickly. If not for him, I'd give the location a much worse rating.
