Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience with the front desk agent whose name I don’t recall at the moment… I think it was Ronell. May he be celebrated and generously compensated for going above and beyond t to verbally walk me through an urgent and crucial experience. In the past, I had some concerns. The display regarding temperature says it will not go below 40° but I had gone in and it was over 70° on another day, which had resulted in mold on my grandson‘s car seat. Uncertain how long I will have to use the facility but I’m concerned that some of my furniture that is covered in fabric may have been affected by mold as well. On this particular day,I was grateful to be able to connect directly with the store because usually the call is intercepted by Customer Service. I had seen him in the store on the previous day because I reported that the toilet seat had fallen off in the bathroom on site and I was almost injured. When we connected on the phone, he was just as kind, patient, reassuringand courteous as he had been in the store. At this time, I was extremely anxious because I could not access your door nor find an alternate way into the building. I access code permitted me to come in and out of the gate, however, the lock on the building appeared to have been tampered with because although my code was accepted, the lock seemed like it was jimmied shut. He was diligent about connecting with his manager, who had left for the day in order to have her instruct me on how to get in. Apparently the door handle has to be pulled a certain way in order to gain access. Therefore, my strongest suggestion would be to either have staff available on site, or to create another point of access into the building, should someone else who would be unsuccessful in reaching the actual Scott’s Addition store would be as alarmed and frustrated as I was, if not more.
