I would NEVER recommend renting from U-Haul to anyone, much less a friend!! Your website is FULL OF LIES about rates for rentals and everything else!!! Additionally, the young guy working at the store didn't know how to use your website to handle and process the paperwork....U-Haul SUCKS and PLEASE stop with the false price advertising!!! Your website clearly states the truck I rented should have cost $39.95 plus $1.09 per mile. I had the truck for LESS THAN 3 HOURS, put 22.1 miles on it and was charged $119.00 for the rental and $29.00 for the gas. COMPLETE BULLSHIT. I have filed a claim with the BBB and included screenshots of your websites pricing and my rental receipts and charges!

Have the truck available and not blocked in. I wasted an hour and had to go to Darbytown to get a truck. I had to pay extra for my movers on the time I wasted

cassian uThe worst customer service I've seen in quite a while. The cashier was on the phone the whole time that he was dealing with me and that's rude enough, especially speaking some foreign language. I'd ordered a 20 ft truck, an appliance dolly and some furniture mats . I ended up with a 14 ft truck and nothing else. The guy kept telling he was a third party and had no control over what I was given ??? The whole thing made a very long day even worse! Varina Super Stop is awful and is definitely putting the U-Haul in a bad light!
Harry TI requested to pick up a truck on Williamsburg Rd in Richmond when taking to customer service where I knew the truck was available and in the area where I needed to be in. I had used this location a few days before. I told her this but she sent me 5 miles out the way. I was very upset having to drive ,5 miles out of the way when there was a truck available only a few blocks away from me.
